1:1 Personal Training

Rome wasn't built in a day. Neither was your body.


Change requires time for its accomplishments and it takes a lot of time to achieve something important.


You are important. Both your physical & mental health are important. 


The importance of being patient is why ARPT avoids pushing popular short term 'quick fix' training programs. I do not hard sell fad workouts that claim magic fat burning powers for specific areas of the body nor do I promise a dream body within an unrealistic timeframe. 


However, I do believe in results based training programs. 


I work closely with all my clients to help them achieve their personal health & fitness goals whilst simultaneously creating longterm lifestyle changes to ensure hard earned accomplishments last a lifetime. 


ARPT offers three types of Personal Training programs. You can choose from the following:


  • 1 x 1:1 Personal Training session per week
  • 2 x 1:1 Personal Training sessions per week
  • 3 x 1:1 Personal Training sessions per week


Each bespoke personalised training program features full support:


  • Client Consultation 
  • Physical Health, Mental Health & Lifestyle evaluation
  • Goal setting
  • Pictures & measurements
  • Nutritional advice
  • 24/7 support via ARPT's fitness app  


ARPT's 1:1 Personal Training programs are offered on a 3 Month Commitment and a Month To Month basis.

ARPT's Diamond Package is a bolt on package which can be purchased as is or added to any of the above Personal Training packages.


It is designed to precede the start of a PT package. A full dietary assessment followed by nutritional advice to ensure the essential foundations needed for successful change are in place. 


Whatever your health & fitness goal, the ARPT Diamond Package will compliment your physical activities and help you get the most from your training.
