In addition to his twenty years of success and experience as a professional dancer, Adam is fully qualified in Level 3 Personal Training (Level 4 EQF), Level 2 Gym Instruction (Level 3 EQF) (OriGym) and boasts a further specialist qualification: Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral (ActiveiQ).
He is capable of assessing your body and goals to create a bespoke fitness plan that will help you reach your target. Most plans include healthy eating advice alongside tailored exercise regimes, to ensure the best possible results.
Adam will work with you to keep you on track and to stay motivated.
I appreciate that adapting to new fitness habits can be difficult and often at times fail. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle and feel awesome.
